* Exclude famous places (cultural heritage, art gallery, etc.) and promotions of private enterprises

- Anyone who has visited in Pyeongtaek

- Team participation is possible

* Video: up to 4 people in one team / Photo: up to 2 people in one team)

- Multiple images and/or videos may be submitted, however must be a different location (e.g. you may submit a photo of spot A and B, however you may not submit 2 photos of spot A).

- Video size: 1280*720 px or larger is recommended (high-definition)

- Length: 3 minutes or less

* Winners must submit the original video (without subtitles)

- Photo size: 1280*720 px or larger (original JPG file)

- Camera requirement: none (cellphone, DSLR, etc.)

□ General Rules

○ All legal responsibilities (e.g. plagiarism, copyright and portrait rights infringement, etc.) rest with the contestant, and if found after the award, the award will be cancelled and prize must be returned.

○ Submitted works and related documents will not be returned regardless of selection, and all rights (e.g., copyright and ownership rights, etc.) belong to Pyeongtaek city.
