Theme: Hidden Sights in Pyeongtaek

- examples: themed street, village, attraction in nature, sentimental photo spot, picnic (outing) spot, etc.

* Exclude famous places (cultural heritage, art gallery, etc.) and promotions of private enterprises

Submission Deadline: June 30 (The period is extended)

Eligibility

- Anyone who has visited in Pyeongtaek

- Team participation is possible

* Video: up to 4 people in one team / Photo: up to 2 people in one team)

- Multiple images and/or videos may be submitted, however must be a different location (e.g. you may submit a photo of spot A and B, however you may not submit 2 photos of spot A).

Category

- File Format: mp4, wmv, mov, avi, etc,.

- Video size: 1280*720 px or larger is recommended (high-definition)

- Length: 3 minutes or less

* Winners must submit the original video (without subtitles)

[Photography]

- Photo size: 1280*720 px or larger (original JPG file)

- Camera requirement: none (cellphone, DSLR, etc.)

Selection of Winning Works & Award: Early July

(Results will be posted on Pyeongtaek city’s website & winners will be contacted separately)

General Rules

All legal responsibilities (e.g. plagiarism, copyright and portrait rights infringement, etc.) rest with the contestant, and if found after the award, the award will be cancelled and prize must be returned.

Submitted works and related documents will not be returned regardless of selection, and all rights (e.g., copyright and ownership rights, etc.) belong to Pyeongtaek city.

Pyeongtaek City has the right to open the works to the public after prior consent and produce, reproduce, and distribute for promotional purposes.

If more than one person submits the same location, priority will be given to the person that submitted it first.
