The 2021 Pyeongtaek World Culture Weeks have begun! From June 26 to July 1, Canada Culture Week was held. During the week, many exciting events related to Canada were offered to citizens of Pyeongtaek, including jazz busking, talk concert, and a Canadian film festival.
Following the Canada Culture Week, the Czech Culture Week will be held from July 6 to July 11! You can participate in various events to learn more about the Czech culture at the Baedari Library The opening ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. on July 6 (Tue) and on the same day, Pyeongtaek Citizens Symphony Orchestra will perform from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
On July 7 (Wed), at 10 a.m., the ‘Picnic Garden Hiking Talk’ will be held with the director of CzechTourism Korea. There will be an interpreter at the Hiking Talk and souvenirs will also be provided by the CzechTourism Korea. If you are interested in, submit the registration form below by July 3! Another exciting event is the Czech Cooking Class, which will be held on July 9 (Fri) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.! The menu is chicken with cream sauce and knedliky. This event is also open to foreigners, so complete the form below by July 4!

The Marionette Puppet Shows <Sugungga> is scheduled on July 10 from 3 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. and Czech Classic Music Concert is scheduled on July 11 from 7 p.m. to 7:50 p.m.
