Bruxie is another excellent restaurant choice located further down the Songtan entertainment District. Bruxie is in the same building as New York Kitchen which gives you multiple menus to choose from. Although I have to admit I am definitely impartial the the amazing options Bruxie has to offer.

Probably their signature dish would be their sandwiches with the bread being a waffle. They have several options and flavor combinations including chicken with bananas and peanut butter, an egg on top and honey. But they do also have sandwiches with a normal bun that are also good. My personal favorite is called the Rebel which is coated in carnita spices.

But if that is too much complexity for you they also have just chicken strips with waffles on the side, and they give you a large selection of condiments on the side. For dessert the have waffles with powdered sugar, a waffle with bananas and nutella, a waffle with strawberry and cream and my personal favorite are the milkshakes which come in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.

Overall this place has an amazing twist on a traditional american meal which gives it so many interesting flavors and combinations. I will absolutely be coming here in the future and I hope you get the chance to experience it for yourself.
