Though the fall could be considered one of Korea's most pleasant seasons, it is essential to properly prepare for the changes bound to us by nature's seasonal shifts. Here are some tips on how to stay happy and healthy during this autumn season.
Getting Sufficient Sleep and Exercise – Exercising two to three times weekly helps keep a healthy blood circulation flow and assists in getting a good night's sleep for up to seven to eight hours.

Proper and Frequent Ventilation – Maintain lowered indoor temperature and humidity levels through constant and regular air ventilation. It is recommended to maintain the indoor temperatures at around 20 °C to 22 °C (68 °F ~ 72°F) and humidity levels at about 50% to 60%.
