The owner blends Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea coffee beans in a unique ratio to brew their coffee. The Timor-Leste beans are organically grown and directly harvested from the source for export. While there isn't an official certification for organic, they are classified as naturally wild-grown beans. The taste of their coffee is moderately balanced with a pleasant sourness, delightful sweetness, and a deep body. It is said that the flavors become even more pronounced when enjoyed as iced coffee.
Cafe Reve's signature menu item is the Injeolmi Coffee (Injeolmi is a type of Korean rice cake with a chewy texture, coated with roasted soybean powder, offering a savory taste). This Injeolmi flavor has gained significant popularity, especially among the younger generation in Korea. Cafe Reve sprinkles Injeolmi powder on top of the coffee, enhancing its richness and sweetness.
