New National Hotline for Pyeongtaek Foreigners Counseling Center Launched


The Pyeongtaek Foreigners Counseling Center has announced the launch of its new national hotline. By dialing 1660-4357 (HELP) without an area code, foreigners in South Korea can now access comprehensive support services.

The center offers assistance in five languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Russian, and Filipino. The services are available from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM.

Services Provided:
General Consultations: Assistance with transportation, healthcare, housing, and financial matters.
Specialized Consultations: Legal advice, labor issues, immigration, and psychological counseling. Please note that appointments are required for specialized consultations.

This initiative aims to enhance the support network for the foreign community in Pyeongtaek, providing crucial information and assistance to help them navigate life in the country more smoothly.
