183 Bistro in the Godeok neighborhood of Pyeongtaek is quickly becoming a top date destination. Nestled between buildings along the river path, the restaurant offers a cozy, intimate atmosphere—perfect for a weekday lunch date or a special evening out.
The meal began with a ricotta salad that was anything but ordinary. A fresh blend of creamy ricotta, bananas, pineapples, tomatoes, cranberries, and balsamic created a burst of flavor that will surely linger long after the meal. The gnocchi was perfectly seared, with a crisp bite that complemented the dish beautifully.
While 183 Bistro specializes in Italian pasta dishes, the steak is worthy of a spotlight. Tender and cooked to a perfect medium-rare, it’s served with salt, whole grain mustard, and wasabi for dipping. The steak is accompanied by a bed of spinach, mushrooms, pineapples, and onions—a flavorful combination that stole the show as the standout entree. For lunch, we walked in without issue, but reservations are recommended for larger groups or dinner dates, especially on weekends. The restaurant’s hours are 11:30-15:00 and 17:00-21:00, Tuesday through Sunday, with Mondays off.
Godeok is known for its limited parking, but 183 Bistro has two dedicated parking spots in front of the restaurant. It’s also only a 15-minute walk from Seojeongri train station! If you’re looking for a new date spot, add 183 Bistro to your must-visit list—and don’t forget to order the ricotta salad!
