Tucked away in Jinwi myeon, Areumduri Horticulture is a therapeutic farm and urban agriculture center offering hands on nature programs for all ages.
The programs are built around the idea that working with plants, such as touching soil, arranging flowers, and nurturing growing plants, can provide real benefits for emotional wellbeing and stress relief. Sessions run for approximately two hours and cover a wide range of activities, including air purifying plant arrangements, succulent and hydroponic gardens, terrariums, preserved flower displays, fresh flower wreaths, topiaries, and flower baskets or bouquets in small, medium, and large formats. Prices range from 15,000 to 50,000 KRW depending on the activity selected. Group and institutional bookings are also available, with programs tailored to the needs of each visit.
The farm also cultivates its own organic blueberries, and the growing process is incorporated into the educational experience, giving visitors a deeper appreciation of sustainable agriculture.
