2026 Pyeongtaek Marine Festival to Take Place on October 31

The 2026 Pyeongtaek Marine Festival will be held on Saturday, October 31, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Republic of Korea Navy’s Second Fleet Command in Pyeongtaek. Jointly hosted by Pyeongtaek City and the Navy’s Second Fleet Command, the festival will offer a variety of cultural performances, naval experiences, and family-friendly activities.

Visitors can enjoy performances by Roy Kim, ODD YOUTH, and Jung In Won, along with an aerial show by the Republic of Korea Air Force’s Black Eagles from 3 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. Other highlights include naval vessel tours, military equipment displays, sailing experiences, naval cultural activities, and an honor guard demonstration.

The festival will also feature interactive experience booths, a marine-themed inflatable park, local business showcases, and social markets. Food zones, picnic areas, rest spaces, and shuttle bus services will be available for visitors.

The official ceremony will take place from 3:20 p.m. to 5 p.m. The festival will also host the Gachihae Pyeongtaek Social Market and the Sea Love, Country Love Drawing Contest.

Visitors must bring valid identification to enter the venue, and children in elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. As the weather may be chilly in late October, visitors are encouraged to dress warmly and enjoy a day of performances, hands-on activities, and marine-themed experiences in Pyeongtaek.
