1st PIEF Language Festival: Korean Speech Contest!

As a city where many USFK soldiers and families reside, Pyeongtaek hosts diverse programs to promote close exchanges with foreigners. Among these programs, today we will be introducing the 1st PIEF Language Festival hosted by the Pyeongtaek International Exchange Foundation (PIEF)!

The Korean speech contest will be held for foreigners residing in Pyeongtaek at the Songtan International Community Center’s Multi-Purpose Wing. The themes of the contest are "Why did you decide to learn Korean?", "What is the national image of Korea from your (your country's) point of view?", "What is the charm of Pyeongtaek City? (Perks of living in Pyeongtaek)". If you would like to participate in the contest, please note that your speech (manuscript) must cover all 3 topics!
