In Pyeongtaek, there is a café called Hobakggotchorong featuring Korea’s traditional house, hanok. On the way up to tea house, the charming figurines and flower pots add to the lovely atmosphere.
The cafe is also decorated with many props inside, for you to take a look at while waiting for tea. It has plates carved out of real wood, unique teacups, and many more that are pleasant to the eyes.
Hobakggotchorong Cafe offers a wide selection of teas, as well as coffee, fruit ades, and shaved ice. It also offers tteok (traditional rice cakes) on the menu, which pairs nicely with hot tea. Try the hand-made tea, too!
It's nice to enjoy tea outside in a breezy autumn weather. The cafe is great for those who prefer quiet and relaxing times. When it rains, the sound of raindrops creates an even more elegant atmosphere for a cup of coffee. Parking space is available for your convenience.
Hobakggotchorong Cafe, with its traditional hanok settings, is highly recommended for those who visit Korea for the first time. Don't forget to wear a mask when you visit!
Hey, what’s the address of this place please?
