Circulation Buses in Southern Pyeongtaek Area in Service

Starting September 21st, Pyeongtaek City began to operate circulation (loop) buses 888A and 888B to accommodate your transportation needs.

Pyeongtaek is divided into northern, western, and southern areas. The southern area includes Paengseong-eup, Wonpyeong-dong, and Tongbok-dong, the western area includes Anjung-eup and Oseong-myeon, and the northern area includes Songtan-dong, Jinwi-myeon, and Seotan-myeon.

Circulation bus 888A operates from Pyeongtaek Station to Pyeongtaek Terminal (clockwise), and 888B operates from Pyeongtaek Terminal to Pyeongtaek Station (counterclockwise). Please note that circular (loop) and terminal (unidirectional) routes are available for both buses. The circular routes for buses 888A and 888B do not end at the final stop. In other words, they continuously operate nonstop throughout the day. As for the terminal buses, the final stop for 888A is Pyeongtaek Terminal while the final stop for 888B is Pyeongtaek Station.

*TIP: If you take either 888 bus from Pyeongtaek Station, you can go to Sosabeol Commercial Distict.

Here is the detailed operation information of the circulation buses. Both 888A and 888B are operated 84 times a day and arrive in 1015 minute intervals. Please note that the first bus departs at 6:00 AM and the last bus departs at 10:00 PM. In addition, please keep in mind that the buses during lunchtime and the last bus are all run on terminal routes.
