Seasoned chives, peanuts, zhàcài, and whole garlics are offered as side dishes! Whole garlic is served for grilling purposes, and therefore they are recommended to be inserted onto the sticks to be grilled with the lamb skewers. For refills on more garlic, please ask the servers! Stir-fried bean sprouts will be served for each table, and they are crunchy and sweet!
