For safe hiking, what kind of items should you prepare? Today, we will talk about what you need to prepare and what precautions you should follow for safe hiking in fall!

The first item that we recommend you to wear is hiking shoes. Wearing hiking shoes lowers the chance of stumbling from stepping slippery rocks and leaves. Thus, wearing hiking shoes is a good way to prevent potential injuries! The second thing you should bring with you is an extra set of clothes that keeps you warm.
