2023 Pyeongtaek Insight Content Reporters Recruitment

Pyeongtaek International Exchange Foundation (PIEF) is looking for English social media content reporters for "Pyeongtaek Insight." If you have a passion for Pyeongtaek and enjoy writing stories about local attractions and shooting photos and videos showcasing the city's beauty and fun activities, you are welcome to apply.

[ Application Details ]

Number of reporters to be selected : 10

Application Period : May 18(Thurs) to 28(Sun), 2023 (11 days)

Qualifications : 

- Korean or non-Korean social media users over 18 who can write articles in English

- Anyone who can create social media content (stories, photos, videos) that highlights Pyeongtaek's diverse attractions

- Anyone who loves Pyeongtaek and is committed to continuing activities until December 2023

The content creation capacity and willingness to participate will be given preference. Please note that inaccurate or false information in the application form may result in your application being canceled.

[ Roles & Activities ]

Period of Activity : June to December 2023 (7 months)

Roles & Activities :

- Two missions will be given each month (things to do, things to eat, things to enjoy, etc.)

- A content reporter should submit an article (at least 250 words in English) per mission with photos/videos.

- Submitted content should be posted on your social media channels with hashtags provided by PIEF

- At least one social media post per mission should be uploaded (using the requested hashtags)

- Visit Pyeongtaek Insight’s social media channels at least two times a week and engage in activities (like, comment, etc.)

 

[ Benefits ]

- A certificate of appointment will be issued

- A certificate of completion will be provided

- An activity allowance will be paid per month (only if you complete the two missions in a month)

** Selection as a reporter/creator may be canceled if you frequently fail to complete the missions or perform poorly
