Creator’s Insight: Serenity and Savory Delights at Halo Howdy

Being in South Korea, they have plenty of restaurants as well as coffee shops. But for the most part, trying to figure out where to eat becomes more of an argument than it needs to be. A place that you might want to consider is Halo Howdy. This restaurant is about 30 minutes from Osan AB and 20 minutes from Camp Humphreys.

Whether it’s for a date night, a morning brunch, or even a day date, this place has a relaxing atmosphere, serene, and definitely a quaint restaurant. My husband and I decided to go for a day date right when they opened. As we walked in through the door, we were greeted with smiles and that comforting greeting, “Annyeonghaseyo!”

From the different choices of pasta to the BBQ items, from domestic beers to even imported ones. I settled for BBQ Chicken with Rose Pasta and my husband got the Shrimp Cream Pasta. They were filling but not too heavy on the stomach. Their food packs a lot of savory flavors that leaves you wanting more.

On a nice sunny day, Halo Howdy also has an option for you to rent a private room along the poolside for your family for around 50,000 KRW. It’s a great way for the adults to relax, unwind, and enjoy great food and drinks by the pool while watching the little ones play in the water.

So, if you decide on a date night with your significant other, a brunch with your entire family, or even a day date with your group of friends.  I would highly recommend for you to check them out. We can't wait to go back.
