The mushroom cultivation farms in Sin-ri, Oseong-myeon has finally been remodeled and opened as a rice-themed village history exhibition hall and complex agricultural experiential space after 20 years of being closed!
Gongganmihak is a space to promote and experience the history and culture of Pyeongtaek’s traditional agriculture, developed based on Pyeongtaek’s high-quality rice.
You can enjoy the exhibition plus unlimited drinks by simply paying the admission fee of 6,000 won. Coffee machines, various capsules, and teas are available. Customers are free to choose a capsule coffee and brew them yourselves. Even though this sector lets customers make their own drinks, employees are present to explain how to use the coffee machine.
In addition, there are other baked goods, including castella, rice sweet red bean bread, rice soboru, rice salt bread, and other tasty rice snacks made from local rice. Each baked good is individually wrapped and not included in the admission fee, so customers need to purchase it separately.
Gongganmihak is a space where one can observe exhibitions, drink coffee and tea, and eat rice baked goods! We highly recommend Gongganmihak as a place for customers to relax.
