The Sosabeol Chamber Orchestra, led by conductor Kim Dong-il, is a distinguished arts organization with roots in Seoul National University and the Seoul Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. Since 2009, the orchestra has been nurtured by devoted students, juniors, and colleagues from Kim Dong-il's hometown of Pyeongtaek, who returned after studying abroad. They've been actively bringing classical performances to the region, spreading the magic of authentic string ensembles throughout Pyeongtaek.
