Renowned Canadian children’s theatre company Les Foutoukours is set to present their acclaimed performance Glob at the Pyeongtaek Southern Cultural Arts Center this summer.
Glob is a non-verbal, multidisciplinary performance that skillfully combines mime, circus, clowning, dance, acrobatics, and visual storytelling. Using a universal language of movement and expression, the show transcends linguistic and cultural boundaries, offering an immersive and emotionally resonant experience for audiences aged five and older.
Specially designed for families with young children and culturally diverse audiences, Glob lowers the entry barrier for those new to theater. By eliminating spoken dialogue, it serves as an ideal introduction to the performing arts, inviting viewers into a shared cultural moment that children and adults alike can enjoy. The production promises a rare opportunity to experience international-level children’s theatre in Korea.
Tickets will go on sale at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The performance will take place on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Grand Theater of the Pyeongtaek Southern Cultural Arts Center. All seats are priced at 10,000 won, and reservations can be made through NOL Interpark Ticket at https://tickets.interpark.com/goods/25009605
The recommended age for the performance is five and above, including children born in 2021.
Les Foutoukours’ Glob offers a magical, laughter-filled experience for the whole family that promises to entertain, move, and bring people together through the power of wordless storytelling.
