Hidemill (하이드밀) is a specialty coffee roastery café located in Cheongbuk-eup, attracting coffee enthusiasts from across Pyeongtaek with its in-house roasted beans and carefully crafted menu.
The space consists of three buildings arranged in a U-shape: one for ordering, one for roasting, and a greenhouse that serves as the seating area. Natural light filters through the curtains, creating a calm and unhurried atmosphere that makes it an ideal spot for a quiet break, whether alone or with company. Outdoor seating with parasols is also available in the courtyard between the buildings.
All coffee is made using beans roasted on-site by the owner. The signature Dutch latte (하이드밀 더치라떼) is the café’s most recommended item, known for its smooth, sweet, and clean flavor profile. The Farm Café Latte, made with fresh farm milk, is another popular choice. The menu also features specialty Americanos available in two roast profiles, a Jeju matcha latte, anaerobic filter coffee, a chocolate farm latte, Jeju tangerine juice, and decaf options. Freshly roasted beans and drip bags are also available for purchase.
The menu is intentionally minimal, with coffee as the primary focus. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises.
