Here, they lend you the bike for free! This place is located in Tongbokcheon of Tongbok-dong. Leave your ID card with them for a while and you can count on the free bike rental service. Your passport can be replaced by the ID card as well. The free bike rental service is run by Pyeongtaek City Hall and bikes for both adults and children are available here.
To use the free bike rental service, just fill in the rental application form with basic information about you. The information includes name, date of birth, address and phone number.
