We are lucky to have Pyeongtaek Sopung Garden, which will keep you cool during the hot summer. The Garden is full of interesting things to see and a perfect place to make beautiful memories. Sopung Garden is a wetland park created in Pyeongtaek. This used to be a fishing place and it was born again as a garden in harmony with the forest and plants. It allows diverse ecological experiences, so you will love the place more when accompanied with your children.

Sopung Garden is largely divided into three areas of Camping, Island and Wetland. For camping, companion animals are not allowed and one vehicle per site is permitted in principle. It costs 20,000 won per site for citizens of Pyeongtaek, while 30,000 won for non-residents of Pyeongtaek.

Up to six people can be admitted to each site. However, please note that the area was originally designed for 4-5 people. :-) Site users can enter the camping area from 2 pm of the same day and must leave the area by 11 am the next day. 

You can find lotus flowers in Sopung Garden. Leaves with different hues of green will welcome you. If you visit in mid-August, you will find water lilies in full bloom. People often visit the garden for calm repose. Many convenient facilities will make your walk even more comfortable and the fountain will accompany you with a cool and pleasant breeze.
