While living in Korea, there must be plenty of times when you miss American food. You can try to make similar things after buying groceries at the supermarket but it might not taste the same because the ingredients aren't the same! Today, we'll be introducing an American style BBQ specialty restaurant for you. It's called Flying Geckos.
Flying Geckos is a restaurant that's already famous with foreigners. You can park in front of the restaurant with a car. The interior is spacious so it's also fine to go as a group. They also serve various cocktails, beers from across the world and other foreign liquors. There is also a kids zone for people who visit with their children. It has a small playground along with children's books. They also have outdoor seating which is also nice to dine at when the weather is nice!
The menu has a wide variety of food including ribs, brisket, platter, steak, salad, pasta, pizza, etc. The food isn't made to suit Korean tastes but actually made for Americans and even the staff are foreigners, so there won't be any communication issues!
Nachos are provided as a basic appetizer. The platter comes served with ribs, fries, brisket and others. The tender meat melts in your mouth if you eat it together with the bread. Flying Geckos is open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the last order is at 9 p.m. Please remember this!
