Enjoying food made with kimchi! Introducing Kimchi Stew and Kimchi Fried Rice restaurants

If you visit Korea, you'll be able to see kimchi being served as a side dish. Koreans also enjoy kimchi to the point where they'll eat just kimchi with steamed rice. There are various types of kimchi and also many dishes made using kimchi! Try eating dishes made using kimchi at a nearby restaurant or try making it yourself!

The first dish to be introduced is Kimchi Stew. Oil a pot with sesame oil and on a high heat, fry pork and kimchi. Add water, various vegetables to the fried pork and kimchi and bring it to a boil. After bringing it to a boil, season it to taste with red chili powder, salt and pepper etc.! Koreans use sour kimchi that has fermented for a while in kimchi stews very often. This is because putting sour kimchi into kimchi stew makes it much more delicious!

Next is what Koreans cook the most, Kimchi Fried Rice! Finely dice carrots, onions, spring onions and other vegetables, including kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Kimchi fried rice is also a recommended dish for children to eat because it's a simple, easy to make dish.
