Here at Seoul Sujebi, you can find a variety of menus including the signature dish called Seoul Sujebi, along with Ulkeun (spicy) Sujebi, Seoul Kalguksu, Ulkeun Kalguksu, Yangpun (large brass bowl) Bibimbap, and more. The menus mentioned all costs 8,000 won each. Their side dishes include Haemul Buchu Jeon (Seafood chive pancake) (13,000 won) and potato dumplings (6,000 won). The potato dumplings here are made with potatoes for the dumpling wrapper and are filled with kimchi and meat.
If you are allergic to shrimp, make sure to tell the owner ahead of time as the soup base at Seoul Sujebi includes vegetables and seafood! What makes a Sujebi attractive is its hot soup and the texture of Sujebi. For many of you, the chewy and sticky texture of Sujebi may resemble the texture of Tteok (rice cake).
Seoul Sujebi operates Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. If you are craving some warm soup, try their Sujebi!
