Intercity and Express Bus Fare Caps Rise by 9%

Intercity and express bus fare caps have increased by 9% starting October 1, marking the first fare adjustment in about three years.

The increase comes as transportation costs continue to rise, particularly due to higher labor and fuel expenses.

The fare adjustment applies to services operating through major bus terminals in Pyeongtaek, including:

🚏 Songtan Intercity Bus Terminal

The previous fare increase took place in July 2023, when fares were raised by 5%. This latest adjustment is expected to affect passengers using intercity and express bus services from October onward.
