Songtan is a home to the cafe, “Noah Coffee Lab,” which is famous for croffles (a waffle made of croissant). Noah Coffee Lab is a charming cafe with the neat interior. The interior has a green hue because of the plants and a white backdrop.
The cafe offers an assortment of coffee, as well as teas, ice-tea, smoothies, etc. It also has its own signature menus. The signature menus are Melting Chocolate, Orange Sonando, Misutgaru Frappe, and Affogato Frappe. Also the cafe has a variety of toasts, sandwiches, and croffle menus.
There are several ways to enjoy the chewy yet crispy croffle. You can add ice cream, chocolate, or cherry toppings on top of your croffle to experience multiple flavors. We especially recommend you to try croffle with coffee! The plating is also aesthetic, which makes itself a great menu for taking photos.
